About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Media Buyer with a problem-solver mindset, strong analytical skills, and strong attention to detail for a full-time role, fully remote. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Facebook media buying experience for e-commerce.  Experience with dropshipping media buying is a plus!

You will also have the ability to analyze raw data, strong pattern recognition, and formulate insights that allow you to shape a broader strategy. 

You will be a self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a team.

Candidates based in Europe are preferred, speaking English is a MUST.

Top Responsibilities:

• Optimize and  scale Facebook campaigns for dropshipping stores
• Manage the advertising budget
• Know how to manage banned accounts
• Analyze and optimize campaigns and performance daily using data-driven insights and tactics.
• Create reports that showcase results, insights, and roadmaps for paid strategies.

Objectives for the Facebook Media Buyer:

1. Achieve an increase in revenue: The ideal candidate should be able to leverage their Facebook media buying experience to drive revenue growth for Ecomaholic's dropshipping stores. 
2. Successfully deal and manage with  account bans: Since Media Buyer will work dropshipping, it’s important that he/she are ready to deal with accounts/pages bans
3. Increase return on ad spend (ROAS): The ideal candidate should be able to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, reduce wasted spend and improve the return on ad spend. 
4. Understand how to manage the ads: The ideal candidate should be able to continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance. They should implement a strategy that enables them to identify winning product campaigns and implement them to drive better performance.
5. Understand how to scale ads: The ideal candidate should know how to identify top-performing campaigns and scale them to the next level.

About you

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Facebook media buying experience for e-commerce
• Previous experience with dropshipping media buying is a plus
• Previous experience with affiliate Blackhat/Greyhat offers is a plus
• Ability to analyze raw data, strong pattern recognition, and formulate insights that allow you to shape broader strategy
• Understand our business and the KPIs
