Job description
- Engage in data analysis to gain insights into trends spanning various geographical areas, sub-regions, and product lines, among other factors (global demand);
- Generate both standard and adhoc reports to fulfill business needs;
- Actively collaborate with regional and sub-regional management to comprehend their data requirements;
- Assist the business in analyzing and presenting monthly meeting;
- Ensure the accuracy of business databases through daily maintenance and sanity checks;
- Carry out and deliver daily reports that aid functional and sub-regional leaders in managing their respective responsibilities, including maintaining report documentation;
- Contribute to the development of new tools by assessing business needs, drafting specifications, and documenting these tools, while also supporting the project team by identifying project milestones and monitoring project progress and budget;
- Propose controls by identifying data management issues and devising enhancement procedures;
- Participate in SAP and tools councils, acting as a mediator for end-users;
- Support the integration of reporting and data analysis across disparate ERP systems;
- Fulfill any other responsibilities as assigned by the Company;
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree;
- Fluent English skills;
- Solid experience in BI analysis and analytical skills;
- Knowledge in Excel (advance level) and Dynamics 365;
- Knowledge in SAP, Salesforce and QlikSense/QlikView will be a differential.
