Job description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team at Kokku Games. As the QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance across all Kokku projects and managing and guiding our internal QA/QC team.

As a QA/QC Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the entire QA/QC process, from test planning to defect management.
- Managing a team of QA Analysts and Testers, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and metrics.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance.
- Preparing and presenting reports on quality metrics and issues to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar QA/QC leadership role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing a team of QA Analysts and Testers.
- Strong understanding of game development processes and the role of QA in the development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
