The People Team is dedicated to fostering a positive team culture, promoting engagement, and providing support to all employees. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Actively source potential talent through various channels, using innovative strategies to promote diversity and inclusion inside the company.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Work closely with the hiring teams to ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Be interested in collaborating on more general People team initiatives when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• +2 years of experience in hiring.
• Proven experience in recruiting for Technology positions.
• Ability to recruit globally and effectively collaborate with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Certifications or additional training in recruitment, such as certification in tech recruitment or inclusive hiring.
