Job Summary
The Delivery Centre is based in Brazil and it s designed to add unique value to our client solutions whilst helping the company achieve its key strategic business goals.
Our Jr. Global Recruiters are responsible for supporting the global talent banking practices of qualified multi-sector candidates that match the experience, skill set, and knowledge of client job requirements that the Delivery Centre supports globally.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all candidates screened possess the correct skillset experience and qualifications.
- Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn etc) for active and prospective opportunities.
- Constantly source candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to ensure a live network of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise.
- Deliver excellent internal service to Sales, Recruitment and Management functions within the main hub and global hubs.
- Post and monitor job openings/responses on various web search engines and the Airswift website.
- Fully utilize the use of the companys ATS (Bullhorn), web searches, networking, and advertising.
- Interface weekly with the other Recruiters/Sales Consultants within the group, sharing best practices and market sector intelligence.
- Demonstrate market knowledge across the PIE industry by gathering intelligence from candidates, client interactions and industry press articles.
- Report on lead generation performance, demonstrating accountability and commitment to identifying new opportunities.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing candidates within their assigned industry and/or discipline.
- Consistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and then acting upon the information by sharing it with Sales/Recruitment Functions.
