We are looking for a Node.JS Tech Lead to work with us serving one of the major american investment client.

This position requires living in Campinas to work on site every day, this position is 100% "presencial".

Responsibilities:

- Lead and provide mentoring to a cross-functional development team, including Node.js developers.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.

- Oversee the design and development of Node.js applications.

- Ensure that coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles are followed by the development team.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, providing guidance and solutions.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Node.js .

- Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Great English (B2 or C1) conversation

- Experience as a Technical Lead in Node.js development.

- Strong expertise in Node.js development, including architecture, customization, and optimization

- Proficiency in server-side development, including RESTful API design and implementation.

- Strong understanding of database systems and data modeling.

- Experience with test automation tools.
