About the job

Are you passionate about driving sales in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Channel Sales Representative to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for selling SAS software products, solutions, hosting, education, and services to both prospective and existing customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute territory and account strategies to exceed sales quotas and grow revenue. You will have the opportunity to lead virtual teams, engage with senior management, and collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver customized solutions to our customers' needs

As a Channels Account Representative, you will:

• Sell SAS software products, solutions, hosting, training, and services to potential and existing customers.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to exceed sales quotas and increase revenue.
• Lead virtual teams and collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver customized solutions.
• Collaborate with senior management and participate in strategic discussions.
• Use advanced prospecting and strategic selling techniques to drive sales success.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity information to support forecasting and decision making.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners to identify and leverage sales opportunities.
• Provide training and support to channel partners to improve their sales effectiveness.
• Develop joint sales plans and marketing initiatives with channel partners to drive mutual growth.
• Monitor channel performance and provide regular feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Act as liaison between SAS and channel partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Five years of sales and/or prospecting experience with a minimum of 2 years in technology or industry related sales.
• Advanced knowledge of hardware and software acquisition cycles and buying influences.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Ability to establish and build customer relationships, including engagement with C-level executives.
• Strong analytical skills to assess territory dynamics, develop sales plans and make accurate sales forecasts.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
• Experience in SW sales for SMB territory.
• Experience in / with Public Sector / Public Companies / Government.
