As a Backend Developer at Flawless Workflow, you will play a key role in the design and development of sophisticated backend systems using Python and Django. You will be part of a team of experienced developers, where collaboration, peer-to-peer learning, and mutual growth are fundamental aspects of the work culture.
Key Responsibilities - Design and implement robust backend systems with Python and Django.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our standardized backend template and package management.
- Develop scalable endpoints for web applications.
- Collaborate with senior developers, contributing to code reviews and innovative solutions.
- Engage in full application lifecycle—coding, debugging, and optimization.
- Optimize existing components for speed and scalability.

Main requirements
- Python: In-depth knowledge of Python, emphasizing clean, efficient code writing.
- Django Expertise: Strong experience in Django framework.
- Database Management: Proficiency in relational database design and management, especially with PostgreSQL.
- RESTful API Development: Skilled in designing and developing RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and security.
- Version Control: Proficient in Git for source code management, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
- Testing and Debugging: Experience in writing test cases and performing unit tests, using Python and Django testing frameworks.
- Security Practices: Awareness of web development security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
- CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

- Deployment and Scalability: Knowledge of deploying Python/Django applications and optimizing for performance and scalability.
- Software Architecture Experience: Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures, including microservices and monolithic architectures, and to make informed decisions on architectural patterns and best practices.
