Job description
As part of our team, which reports to EMEA Controllership org., you will join a dynamic group of highly skilled professionals having the responsibility of Brazil entity within a very fast-paced and challenging business environment. Beyond your operational responsibilities, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership to permanently enhance our processes for safety and efficiency, as well as providing a high level of support to our Business Partners.
Core Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial data from various sources for reporting purposes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (USGAAP and IFRS), regulations, and company policies in all financial reporting activities.
• Perform revenue recognition analysis and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606 and CPC 47)
• Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in financial performance through in-depth analysis of financial data.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
• Communicate complex financial information and analysis to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the accounting, as needed.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Familiar with SOX compliance.
• ERP and Data experience required (e.g., ORACLE Financials, Hyperion, and Tableau).
• Hands-on, crucial, and fast worker

• Experienced as auditor in a big four and accountant in a multinational company..
