What are we looking for? We are seeking a SECURITY MANAGER based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, responsible for implementing security strategies to standardize and optimize the Atlas security operation program. This position will support developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures across the organization. What challenges will you face? Developing and implementing security policies and procedures for the organization. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Tracking security budgets and resources. Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency response agencies on security matters. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and associates. Led investigations into security incidents and breaches. Developing and delivering security training and awareness programs for associates. Led and fostered effective teamwork and collaboration within security point of contact and associates. Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ensuring the physical security of the organization's facilities. Managing security-related technology through the implementation of the minimum physical security standard. Responding to security incidents in a timely and effective manner. Monitor and analyze security threats and trends to adjust security strategy as needed. What specific knowledge do you need? Live in Sao Paulo (mandatory) At least 10 years of experience in security management or related field. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Experience with crisis management and incident response. Knowledge of physical security concepts and practices, such as access control, intrusion detection, and surveillance. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
