Job description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka and we are currently looking for a Manager Sourcing Quality Assurance and Laboratory Operation for one of the reputed companies in Sri Lanka.
Job Role
Perform regular audits and evaluations of suppliers to verify compliance with quality specifications and improve supplier performance.
Oversee daily laboratory activities ensuring accurate and timely testing of materials maintaining equipment and implementing safety protocols.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards ensuring all processes and documentation are compliant and prepare for compliance audits.
Provide leadership and development opportunities for the quality assurance team and laboratory staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.v
Create and execute quality assurance plans for sourcing and procurement to ensure materials meet the required standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management Chemistry Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 57 years of experience in quality assurance laboratory operations or a related field with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems regulatory standards and industry best practices along with proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to identify and address quality issues effectively.
Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and mentor staff.
