Job description
Activities Engage directly with clients managing expectations around deliverable timings or changes in timeline and budget Drive project development - in aspects such as risk management, schedule, negotiation with clients, etc - and deliver desired outcomes to our clients Lead agile squads, motivating and engaging the team to deliver a WOOW service Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint plannings and retrospectives Unblock the team, communicate setbacks and foresee future challenges Ensures service compliance with client contracts and SOWs In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Has a systemic vision of digital product development Must have excellent relationship building skills, good negotiation with external clients, and strong problem solving skills Previously held external client-facing positions Previous experience in management positions – ideally with a diverse team, engaging and motivating team members, while leading multiple projects Experience with agile methodologies for software development Applicants must have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$) IMPORTANT TIP -> The communication during the selection process is done by email.
