Job description
Finance Director
CTdoAgro is selecting Financial Director for our client Elicit Plant,
one of the global leading phystosterols in biosolutions industry players. This
role aims to support Elicit's business expansion in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and expansion plans
· Collaborate with executive leadership to establish financial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Lead the financial, accounting, tax and legal areas
· Professionally document and manage all business transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal financial policies, and accounting standards
· Accurately document and reconcile company assets and liabilities.
· Efficiently communicate and coordinate with business players and with the HQ finance department
· Create internal polices and provide strategy support to business, ensuring compliance with laws and the company’s financial health
Requirements:
Education: Finance, Accounting, Economy, or Business Administration
Postgraduate or MBA: Finance, Controllership, or Corporate Finance
Experiences and knowledges:
· Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar executive financial role.
· Extensive knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and business practices.
· In the agribusiness sector (differential)
· Monitor closely revenue, gross margin, OPEX, CAPEX…
· Financial and accounting risk management
· Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
· Management of outsourced services and contracts
Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
