The position will coordinate the activities of planners, programmers and progress measurement personnel, in order to have efficient performance in their assigned tasks; assume responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, health and quality of all engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up schedules; developed for the company's projects; assist in the development of programming execution plans and procedures; will provide leadership in the selection, evaluation and training of planning/scheduling staff; You will efficiently implement measurement systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Must have extensive knowledge of the principles and practices for preparing an activity schedule.
• Must be able to develop conclusions from schedule analysis.
• Analysis of completion trends and early identification of low returns that affect said project completion date.
• Responsibility for supervising several projects from different sectors (mining, industrial, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, among others).
• Must have clear programming concepts and a high level of analysis.
• Ensure the alignment of your area with client initiatives, objectives and processes

What will you bring?

Mandatory Requirements

• +15 years of relevant experience in planning.
• Experience in planning management positions
• You must be recognized as a specialist in the development of activity programs, using the tools of: Primavera P6, MS Project and Risk Management.

Veracruz,México

Contracted work week: 45 hours per week while working in Mexico City, 48 hours per week while in Veracruz,
Overtime: 60 hours per week

Consideration for Expats:

• Contract at Home Office (Worley Locations)
• Company provided support for visas/permits for employee only (single status) arranged through Fragomen
• Temporary Living Expenses: Accommodation and temp living expenses for maximum 28 days.
• Home Leave Travel: 3 week in Veracruz + 1 week working from home
  
  

Project duration: Until November 2025. After that, depending on whether we have opportunities in other projects, we can evaluate other opportunities.
