Job description
Samsung is looking for a Strategy & Analytics Manager to join our Local team located in São Paulo. Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for collaborating with activities related to business strategy and innovation plans related to sales channels, marketing, means of payment and new projects. Manages the operational performance of indicators and direct activities related to the operation. Collaborates with the development of themes related to innovation and implementation of methodology and direct activities to apply them in the business. Contributes with the management of the infrastructure system and improvements and with improvements in accordance with the established processes/standards. Supports the Sales, Marketing and New Business team with insights based on data analysis. Supports the executive team through reports and management presentations. Interface between eStore and SDS systems team, managing Projects like BI Dashboard in Tableau. Training and sharing of knowledge to support eStore areas. Background & Experience Bachelor degree: Adminstration, Engeneering, etc Advanced English Fluent. Excel Advanced, SQL Tableau, Phyton will be a plus Previous experience in the BI area. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics Data base development experience. Experience in e-commerce will be a plus. Knowledge in Reports and Management Analysis. Comfortable with performance data and metrics.
