Job description

We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team and actively participate in the support and administration of our entire technological infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Support the administration of the entire IT infrastructure: networks, laptops, printers and servers.
• Manage equipment inventory.
• Support user access and licenses to corporate software.
• Report to the company's global IT area.
• Work on global ticket handling.

Mandatory requirements:

• Advanced English (to communicate with the global team).
• Proven experience with REDES (Minimum 6 months).
• Experience with Windows operating system administration.

Desirable:

• ITIL knowledge
• Experience handling support tickets.
• Higher or technical education: Networks, Network infrastructure.
• Experience with VMs on ESXi.
