Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are currently seeking a Consulting Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Brazil. This is an opportunity for individuals with 2 - 3 years of experience who are looking to take their career to the next level within a dynamic and international consulting group.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on roles within the IT sector.
- Handle high volume recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Leverage your knowledge and experience in IT recruitment to source top-tier candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media networks, job boards, referrals etc., to attract potential candidates.
- Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) for continuous improvement of recruiting operations.
This position offers an Undetermined Duration Contract type job that will allow you to grow professionally while contributing significantly towards our company's objectives.
Profile Requirement
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a passion for talent acquisition, particularly within the IT field. With 2 - 3 years of experience under your belt, you're ready to step up into a senior role where you can truly make an impact.
- You have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the IT industry.
- You have demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Your leadership skills enable you not only lead but also inspire your team members.
- You possess excellent communication skills which help build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies over time.
- Based in São Paulo and open for Hybrid work model.
- Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
