RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide a wide range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in our Information System (HRIS – SAP Success Factors)
• Support the HRBP for the required data entries in our Information System (HRIS – SAP Success Factors)
• Deliver & Collect all required documents related to and Employee file (contract, letters, personal files…)
• Be the HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and ensure the smooth running of operations
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests (Service Desk Support Level 2)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Specific skills / expertise / product:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administraton or IT (completed or ongoing)
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR Coordinator …)
• Working experience in global community with complex matrix
• Technology-oriented
