Responsibilities The Opportunity
Responsible for coordinating Pepsico’s frontline transformation through our digital Sales tools (impact on almost 3 thousand Pepsico’s frontline colaborators).The role involves managing different aspects of field sales, from frontline engagement, to KPI’s tracking and Digital Sales targets.
- Execute Brazil’s Digital Sales Field strategy (more than 200 thousand DTS customers), through 2 main Apps (Pepsico Connect and Bees). Coordinate end to end Field Sales strategy and execution plan (Short and Mid term plans);
- Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) related to frontline team. Track and report teams targets and challenges on App and strategy to variable payments aligned with HR team;
- Provide training and support frontline team on new digital capabilities, engagement and transformation.
This is an important position on Digital Sales team, that will play an important role on Pepsico’s frontline transformation through our digital Sales tools (Bees and Pepscio connect Apps) aligned with AOP targets (almost 700 tons incremental through Digital Sales Transformation).
Your Impact
As Digital Field Sales Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:
- Coordinate Pepsico’s frontline transformation through our digital Sales tools (impact on almost 3 thousand Pepsico’s frontline colaborators);
- Execute Brazil’s Digital Sales Field strategy (more than 200 thousand DTS customers), through 2 main Apps (Pepsico Connect and Bees). Coordinate end to end Field Sales strategy and execution plan (Short and Mid term plans);
- Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) related to frontline team. Track and report teams targets and challenges on App and strategy to variable payments aligned with HR team;
- Lead and implement online solution projects related to frontline digital transformation;
- Provide training and support frontline team on new digital capabilities, engagement and transformation;
- Guarantee good relationship and alignments with main steakholders: Sales team, Sales strategy & Intelligence Team, IT Team;
- Play an important leadership role, leading and influencing digital sales agendas;
- Guarantee good relationship and alignments with outside partners and suppliers: Bees team (Ambev), Zmees Team;
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
- 5+ years of trade MKT, sales strategy, sales execution, commercial planning and/or sales capabilities experience, digital MKT/Strategy/comercial
- Network building skills and Interpersonal relationship
- Ability to influence and engage;
- Experience in leadership positions with team management directly or indirectly reports (desirable)
- Analytical capability
- Ability to perform proactive and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Organization and planning skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Digital sales, strategy and operation (desirable)
- Graduates in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineer or related areas
- Languages: English and/or Intermediate Spanish
