As an Amazon PPC and Launch Manager , the purpose is to design the systems that drive the company’s success, focusing on developing strategies and automations in Amazon PPC, launch tactics, and listing management. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you'll determine and implement strategies vital to sustaining their rapid growth. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of expanding a brand at such a dynamic pace. As an integral part of Bender Brand's growth strategy, you will take charge of hiring specialists to execute the efficient strategies you craft.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Scale Amazon PPC campaigns profitably for three brands, innovating and testing new PPC approaches.

📦 Utilise PPC strategically to enhance organic ranks across their product line.

📑 Act as the field captain during major sales events, making real-time adjustments to capture peak demand.

💼 Supervise keyword research, analytics reporting, and daily PPC campaign optimization to track account performance and enhance profitability.

📊 Collaborate with the CEO to devise and refine launch strategies.

🗓️ Manage product launches to maximise keyword rank in the first 60 days of the product lifespan.

🧾 Take ownership of an Amazon catalogue featuring over 100 SKUs, minimising issues and maximising profits by adjusting prices and promotions in sync with their business strategy.

📦 Establish systems for your team to identify and resolve listing problems on Amazon.

📑 Recruit and oversee an Amazon Account Specialist responsible for PPC tasks, catalogue updates, and filing Seller Support cases.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, operating within US Central Time Zone hours. Flexible working hours are available, but it is preferable to maximize overlap with the US Central Time Zone.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Over 3 years of experience in Amazon PPC.

✅ Over 3 years of people management expertise.

✅ Profound familiarity with Scale Insights, Helium10, DataRova, and Amazon Seller Central.

✅ Proficiency in visualising data in a clear and concise manner.

✅ A strategic mindset, eager to tackle challenges and create a measurable impact on the business.

✅ A process-oriented approach, adept at transforming ideas into action and presenting results succinctly.

✅ Skill in using flat files to implement changes in Amazon Seller Central.

✅ Experience in managing cases with Amazon Seller Support.
