Job description
For a leading provider of carpentry and woodworking solutions, we are hiring Carpenters for permanent on-site jobs in Germany/Austria/Europe. Willingness to relocate to Germany/Austria is required - we provide full visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.
Role & responsibilities
- contribute to the development of carpentry solutions, actively participating in the design and construction process
- execute carpentry projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards
- master woodworking tools and machinery such as saws, drills, and sanders
- interpret blueprints and drawings to execute projects accurately
- adhere to safety protocols
Requirements
- formal education of at least 2 years or an academic degree in a related field
- at least 5 years of professional experience as a carpenter
- knowledge of woodworking tools, carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, cabinet making, trim and molding, wood finishing
- Flexibility, independence and assertiveness
- Systematic, networked way of thinking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Target-oriented work under pressure
- High level of commitment, good motivator and team player
- Very good command of English
- Prior knowledge of German is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn German
