Full-time, Remote (Latin America, with ability to work Pacific Time) Meet our team Bitovi is a consultancy committed to building amazing products grounded in a deep understanding of business and user needs. Our clients range from start-ups and nonprofits to two Fortune 5 companies and many other Fortune 500 companies. Over the last 15 years, our team of product designers, engineers, and project managers has grown to nearly a hundred. We’re looking to add a senior product designer to that team. This role You’ll be working as a consultant for one of our Big Tech clients. This client is fast-paced, and you’ll work on multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll need to be able to quickly shift context, swiftly ascertain how to meet changing needs, and self-manage your tasks and workload amid shifting priorities. As a remote consultant, you’ll need to excel as a self-starter, identifying what needs to be done, making a plan, and doing it. You’ll augment your creativity with data to help solve business and user problems and bring your insights to product strategy. Responsibilities End-to-end product design including research, product strategy, information architecture, user experience design, user testing, and user interface design. Identify tasks required to create product solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs, prioritize, and manage your schedule to complete tasks. Use (and sometimes create) design systems and component libraries. Interview, collaborate, and present as an embedded part of client teams. Work closely with PMs, developers, and other designers. Qualifications 5+ years experience designing applications or sites. Portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process and capabilities. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Nice to have Degree in a relevant field. Experience in consulting. Cross-functional skills are an asset, particularly in project management.
