The selected candidate will be responsible for driving new features end-to-end, i.e. prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and continuous iteration. Job Responsibilities:
- Navigate user feedback and market research to develop features that deliver a great user experience
- Design feature systems and their engineering architecture for web, app, and front-end needs
- Take key decisions and troubleshoot difficult product problems
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, product, and engineering to enhance the UX
- Mentor other engineers and lend valuable technical leadership in specific areas
- Analyze data and market trends to set up large, complex features for company success
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
- Demonstrable experience with React libraries, frameworks, and stacks
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Python or Node.Js experience would be a plus
- Excellent CS fundamentals and strong engineering skills
- Able to fix bugs, review, design, write, and test code, as well as diagnose production issues
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams
- Great documentation skills and a growth mindset
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Undeterred under the schedule pressure
- Passionate about building well-designed software with the capacity to improve people’s lives around the world
