Job description
As a Sales Operations Analyst , you will partner closely with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to assist in managing the sales forecast and data quality assurance processes according to business needs. You will provide ad hoc reporting as required by the business and track performance against the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
What you will do:
• Report against performance metrics on a regular basis and as-needed basis
• Identify sales trends and potential impacts to the business
• Monitor pipeline against sales targets and highlight risks and gaps
• Track sales performance against the bonus plan
• Communicate sales reporting policy
• Ensure the integrity and update of the following databases: customer information and hierarchy, account profiles, account segmentation, customer contacts, opportunities and account development plans (ADPs)
• Implement and follow processes to ensure effective data management and quality
• Manage the ongoing completion and cleaning programs of the above data
Who you are:
• Passionate about the role of technology in improving the travel experience
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or data science
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment; previous work in technology, transportation, airlines or airports a plus
• Solid experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel and financial reporting tools
• Good understanding of the complexities of the sales process and environment, including direct experience with Sales
• Experience working in an environment where data quality is crucial
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; working knowledge of Spanish a plus
