Job description
The Key Account Manager is the interface between Estee Lauder Companies and Speciality Multi Retailers and is primarily responsible to effectively manage and align with retailers on set financial targets and communications across the full ELC brand portfolio. This role will report to the Commercial Director and will work closely with the Online Director and Brand General Managers as well as the broader ELC brand teams on the achievement of net sales plans. The successful incumbent will also be responsible and accountable for net sales planning, reporting on retail sales, operational progress and communication, as well as to ensure cross brand collaboration while upholding ELC Corporate view across the Retailer group.
What You Will Achieve
• Drive sales and business relationships for the achievement of financial goals, delivering financial objectives whilst driving profitability and working collaboratively with retailer and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and lead the retailer discussions on launches and marketing plans whilst ensuring differentiating plans are executed with sufficient support obtained from retailers
• Implement ongoing performance assessments with retail partners and leverage cross-functional collaboration to develop comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring optimal launch and marketing campaign effectiveness
• Drive brand success for Regional-managed brands, from product planning to launch, promotion, and inventory management, collaborating across teams for optimal results

QualificationsWhat You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or beauty industry environment is preferred
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
