As Senior People Engagement and Culture Manager at IONOS, you spearhead employee engagement initiatives and boost job satisfaction to craft an amazing employee experience. Accordingly, you assume the following responsibilities:
- Elevate the role as a strategic co-creator and pioneer in shaping people engagement and corporate culture alongside business partners and executives by implementing impactful global and regional engagement programs sustainably, optimizing strategies.
- Orchestrate company-wide engagement surveys, evaluating comprehensively and presenting results engagingly.
- Lead people engagement and retention programs to enhance employee experience with clear communication for seamless implementation and budget planning.
- Take charge of onboarding—from engaging welcome sessions to smooth team integration for new hires.
- Champion DEI efforts, community outreach, and social initiatives, fostering inclusion.
Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration (with a focus on human resources), business education, psychology or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of three years’ professional background in human resources and organizational development. Ideally you bring in the following qualifications:
- You are a well organized self-starter that goes along with the ability to prioritizing tasks and shaping workflows with a touch of critical thinking to elevate our approaches and initiatives.
- You have the pulse on the internet industry relishing the hustle of a high-speed, ever-evolving environment, and a keen ability to grasp and align with business strategies and demands.
- You are an analytical brain, adept in managing complex issues and handling metrics and data, especially in data curation and visualization.
- You are a spirited team player with a positive energy and a sense of humor.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English paired with a talent for engaging presentation
