Context of the job opening Unlimitail is the Joint Venture between Carrefour Group and Publicis Group with the goal to become the leader of the retail media market in Europe and LATAM. By bringing together the power of Carrefour Links instore and ecommerce assets and traffic combined with Publicis Citrus Ad and Epsilon onsite and offsite retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America for in store and digital channels. Mission: As a Sales Manager in the retail media sector, your mission is to drive both digital and in store sales growth and maximize revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and leveraging digital platforms and technologies to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives. Main Activities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital and in store sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their advertising needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor strategies. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of digital and instore advertising solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and tailor digital and in store advertising strategies accordingly. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize revenue and secure long-term partnerships with support from the Sales Leadership team. Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention. Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and results. Skills Required: Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Digital Marketing Basic Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Digital Advertising Basic knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising channels, including display advertising, social media advertising, programmatic advertising, and search engine marketing. Intermediate English, Spanish preferred Preferred Profile: Experience in commercial roles, digital sales and/or business. development roles within the retail media, retail, CPG industry or advertising industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven commercial experience and/or business development roles within the retail media, retail or advertising industry. Experience with in store advertising. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving digital sales growth and exceeding targets.
