This role is responsible for the investigation, analysis, and conversion of customer needs into effective and sustainable solutions.
The Business Analyst role involves liaising with internal departments as well as interacting with key partners and third parties to identify opportunities and inefficiencies and to design solutions to address the opportunities.
Candidate Profile.
We are looking for someone who possesses a strong understanding of agile concepts and themes. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated capability in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver results. Being well versed in business modeling, requirements definition and management as well as excellent written and verbal communication is key.

Understand the importance of security to your own work and the operation of the organization. Seek specialist security knowledge or advice when required to support your work.
Strong understanding of agile development principles.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Display a creative and flexible approach to meeting changing circumstances.
Experience you’ll bring
At least 3 years of experience designing IT solutions.
A passion for efficient process improvements to raise the bar on customer, and team mate experiences.
Excellent verbal communication and influencing skills that provoke and incite action and accountability.
A willingness to create solutions to problems of all sizes and taking calculated risks to achieve results.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and expectations at the same time.
Knowledge of risk and the payments industry.
