InterMoor is currently looking to add an experienced
IMS Analyst to their team based in
Rio de Janeiro on a
full time, permanent basis . The successful candidate will be responsible for the alignment and integration of quality, occupational health, environment and safety (
QHSE ) policies, objectives, targets and processes with the strategic guidelines of the organization of InterMoor Global and Acteon Group

English. Duties/Responsibilities - Monitor and coordinate internal and external audits of environment, health, safety, quality and the Integrated Management System
- Responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of company policies, operating procedures and QHSE programs and across the InterMoor Americas company
- Implement, together with the HSE professional, administrative, operational and/or engineering controls to eliminate or reduce as much as possible the effects of the identified risks to the safety of people, property and the environment
- Provide and integrate all the necessary information to contribute to the critical analysis of the SGQHSE of senior management
- Coordinate trend analysis meeting (internal and external scenario - organization context), performance and audits
- Provide information for the preparation of proposals and quotations, when necessary
- Interact with all stakeholders (workers, customers, subcontractors and suppliers etc)
- Participate in supplier evaluation processes
- Ensure that processes and programs comply with ISO standards, HSE legislations and follow all InterMoor policies and procedures
- Develop together with the HSE professional the internal and external training planning to maintain the workforce
- Work together with the HSE professional to establish a strong HSE Culture
Requirements
- Higher education (administration, engineering). Technical Level may be accepted with prior evaluation of experience
- Language: Good knowledge of English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the role is desirable
- Be qualified in ISO9001
- Desirable knowledge in ISO45001, ISO14001 and other qualifications related to Occupational Safety and Environment
- Lead Auditor qualification desirable ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001
- Experience in operation and logistics activities in the naval/offshore area is desirable
- Experience in offshore activities, mooring, anchoring and cargo handling is desirable
- Oral and written communication: Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Ability to adapt to new situations
- Organizational skills
