Job description
Standing out for the innovation in its services and the substantial investment in excellent delivery to its customers, a large company is seeking new leadership to drive strategies in the area of Compliance and Risk.
As Head of Compliance and Risks, your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance with laws and regulations relevant to the company, leading the preservation of internal ethical standards to ensure the institution’s integral operation.
Main responsabilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies, staying up to date on the latest regulatory changes;
Coordinate risk assessment and management, identifying potential areas of vulnerability and implementing measures to mitigate them;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective application of regulatory practices and processes across all operations and projects;
Maintain constructive relationships with regulatory bodies and relevant authorities, acting as a point of contact on compliance issues;
Develop and deliver regular training on compliance and risks for employees, promoting a culture of adherence throughout the organization;
Actively contribute to the maintenance of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), participating in periodic reviews and continuous updates of data protection policies and procedures.
Requiriments:
Proven experience in compliance programs in large companies;
Deep knowledge of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
Mobility to live in Porto Alegre/RS.
