Job description

SAP FICO ( VIM-Vendor Invoice Management) - Functional Consultant

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP VIM solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices;
• Provide expert guidance on complex SAP VIM functionalities, including document processing, workflow management, and integration with SAP and third-party systems;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, leveraging SAP VIM capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy;
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical expertise and support on SAP VIM projects;
• Conduct system assessments and recommend enhancements or upgrades to optimize SAP VIM performance and user experience;
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP VIM, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in Accounts Payable automation;
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and solutions to maximize the value of their SAP VIM investment;
• Lead training sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives to empower end-users and enhance SAP VIM adoption;
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules, with a focus on Accounts Payable processes;
• Proven expertise in SAP VIM functionalities, including customizing workflows, document types, and approval strategies;
• English - Advanced / Fluent.
