Project Engineer - Food & Beverage

Job description
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- Develop design and process engineering solutions for systems within the framework of specified objectives, further develop and optimize them together with others disciplines and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with economic goals and technical standards, as well as customer specification. Assess and evaluate risks, create mitigation plan as well as time and economic dimensions.
Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications/Education:
- B.E/BSc (Process/Chemical/Mechanical/Equivalent)
- Previous Experience: Proven ability of process engineering / project management of equipment used in Food & Beverage manufacturing in an EPC company
- Language skills; English / Portuguese . Knowledge/proficiency of German/Spanish will be an added advantage.
Preferred:
- Candidate with overall Project Management (EPCM) experience of 3-6 yrs within liquid Food & Beverage / FMCG manufacturing coupled with commercial acumen on a project level (Techno-Commercial)
- Proven track record of successfully executed various complex projects within Food & Beverage industry or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of the current industry guidelines for designing, manufacturing, testing and documenting Food & Beverage process equipment.
