Territory Account Manager

Job description
This position is part of the Latam Energy+ Team and will be located in Northeast region. Reporting to Brazil Sales Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create and execute a territory plan, ensuring we win new customers, retain our base business, and expand our footprint in existing accounts to expand revenue growth.
- Progress sales funnel and sales advances with onsite sales calls.
- Conduct annual customer business reviews of top accounts and assist in managing escalated accounts in coordination with regional support team.
- Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities and forecast in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Deliver highest value proposals to meet customers’ needs while meeting company growth objectives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Background in technology/equipment companies with more than 5 years of progressive experience in technical sales and industrial functions. Must have experience in dealing with customers on sales negotiations and technical issues.
- Must have industrial process knowledge (experience with Refinery, Chemicals and Petrochemicals markets can be a differential).
- Advanced in English.
- Availability for travels.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Sales Force tools knowledge can be a differential.
• Desired courses: Selling skills, Presentation skills, Negotiating skills.
