About the Role:
As the Manager of Public Relations for Latin America, you will develop and implement an aggressive, strategic and proactive public relations program to drive CrowdStrike’s LatAm communications efforts. Reporting into the Americas PR team, the role would help us to scale the business in Latin America beyond the initial beachhead of Brazil and drive the PR agency relationships we have in place. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a relatively new PR program in a rapidly growing region.
The Corporate Communications team at CrowdStrike is growing rapidly to support the business as it scales, as CrowdStrike views public relations as a strategic enabler of the business. In this dynamic role, you will have access to our executive team, who are heavily invested in the success of the program. This is an exciting time to join a leader in its field looking to build a solid foundation for growth in the key region of Latin America.
What You'll Do:
Execute the communications strategy in Latin America in collaboration with the broader global communications team.
Work with the Americas PR team to develop the communications strategy and approach within the region.
Colloborate with the field marketing team in Latin America to ensure relevant marketing activities are amplified.
Manage PR agency teams to localize global communications content including press releases, briefing information, executive viewpoints, Q&As, and other relevant content.
Own the PR agency relationships, set goals, and ensure results are achieved.
Build media relationships in Latin America through proactive and reactive programs.
Create local content to support the communications approach.
Be a local support for wider communications activities including social media, analyst relations and, when relevant, corporate social responsibility activities.
What You’ll Need:
A solid understanding of cybersecurity and a successful history of working with both business press and trade media.
8+ years experience in a communications role including at least 5 years managing activity in Latin America.
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
Strong technical writing skills.
Extensive technology, business, news and security media relationships.
Experience managing a PR agency relationship and managing high-profile media opportunities.
Highly capable and comfortable in large, high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
Ability to manage up to executive staff through various engagements.
A proactive mindset – thinking about how we can tell CrowdStrike’s unique story to this market.

Right to Work
CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world’s leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware-based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed — one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware.
