Dow has an opportunity for a Senior Information Technology Analyst, located in São Paulo, (Brazil)
About you and this role - What you would do in this role:
T he candidate will be responsible to work with Nota Fiscal e-invoice in order to be able to analyze and engage necessary teams for new business requirements or incident resolutions. Participate as a key contributor throughout the lifecycle of digital solutions (design, build, implementation, optimization, maintenance support, and end-of-life retirement) delivering advanced functional and business capabilities within the OTC-Finance space.
Works collaboratively with other IT subject matter experts to design, develop, optimize, and implement innovative and efficient solutions for Tax and Invoicing specially on e-Invoicing space. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge and acts as a subject matter expert, consultant, and mentor for the architecture and technology of IT solutions, techniques, and tools. Works under the functional guidance of a Solution Manager ensuring adherence to work process requirements and mitigation of IT risks. Provides support, training, and enhancements across strategic solutions utilized by our clients.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for timeliness of deliverables, responsiveness to client requests, and accuracy of status information for solutions.
Communicates and collaborates with Solution Managers to receive direction and guidance, provide progress updates, and escalate concerns.
Participates as a key contributor in the full solution lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, implementation, change management, support, and retirement, with ability to operate in both waterfall and agile types of work processes, ensuring compliance to corporate, business, geographical, and functional standards, architecture guidelines, and information security policies.
Coordinates and leads solution development and build activities within the boundaries of the agreed upon project scope and requirements.
Participates in the documented testing strategy, performing unit and product testing and defect resolution for all testing feedback.
Accountable for timely and accurate creation of appropriate project documentation, process documentation, and training deliverables for solutions.
Provides support & coaching on IT solutions within the parameters of SLAs.
Optimizes resource planning and balancing across Solution Specialists by coordinating and ensuring appropriate workload alignment and assignments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science computer or Engineering or related field
Experience in SAP-SD/OTC processes focused in e-invoicing
Advanced English in verbal and written communications.
Native Portuguese.
5 years of experience working with Nota Fiscal functional knowledge (functional designs, Brazil's localization, SD set-ups, Run the business activities, process of applying SAP Notes) is required in order to be able to analyze and engage necessary teams for new business requirements or incident resolutions.
Previous experience working with project / process documentation.
Training experience.
Your preferred qualifications include:
Previous Experience SAP FI / SD.
Brazilian Tax Scenario Knowledge.
Previous e-Invoicing experience.
GRC NFE outbound process/set-ups knowledge is a plus.
Coordination of legacies systems implementation is a plus.
