Job description
Airswift is seeking a Shipbroker (Commercial) to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare tenders, including technical evaluation to meet client’s needs.
- Evaluation of commercial proposals and contractual clauses.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Naval architecture or other suitable to Energy market.
- Fluent English and good IT skills
- Team player whilst also capable of working independently
- Comfortable in commercial settings, good relationship building and excellent presentation skills
- Experience from the energy market
- Good understanding of the current and the future energy market
- Proactive, this to ensure high quality of correspondence with clients when sending out tenders and opportunities in general
- Experience in contract negotiation of the following modalities: BIMCO charter, Supply Time, BARECON, Towhire, Bargehire
