Position
You will join the Loyalty team of JAKALA Brazil in our Sao Paulo Office .
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the best delivery and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns for the clients in Brazil . You will:
- Be responsible to liaise with different stakeholders, internally and externally, with the ability to solve problems, take decisions and manage tight timelines
- Define tasks, timelines, priorities, planning schedules, and processes
- Be involved in forecasting and re-forecasting of the campaigns performance and redemption curve
- Create presentations and executive reports
- Communicate with the different client departments involved in the campaign (e.g., marketing, social media, financial, logistics, operations, etc.)
- Search and supervise local suppliers
- Support the administration of the Sales and Operations Department
Requirements
The ideal candidate’s skills and capabilities include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent accreditations
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Project Management background
- Knowledge in logistics, POS development, and online and offline marketing tools
- 3-5 years marketing experience in a comparable position
- Experience in Loyalty business as a plus
- Analytical skills and data literacy to work in forecasting and re-forecasting
- Organizational talent, passion for project management and complex projects
- Conscientious, independent way of working
- Customer-orientation, good communication skills and confidence in dealing with different contact groups
- Flexibility, ability to keep track of things, networked way of thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
