Support all people processes incl new starters, parental leave, probation pass, promotions, leavers etc and keeping all our systems up to date. Triage and manage incoming people queries – answering, escalating or delegating as applicable. Support the People Operations team in maintaining the accuracy of the database by inputting starters and leavers information, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of sickness and other leave on the HR Database. Help produce records from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data.
Ensure data integrity in systems through quality assurance, fostering compliance and data management. Prepare monthly change data for input processing via Payroll; including new starters, terminations, absences, salary, role and basis information. Liaise with the Regional Partner and Senior People Operations Manager to ensure all payroll processes are completed promptly. Receive and review drafts sent by Payroll Process Vendor and validate that the requested inputs are being calculated. Reject (if wrong, making the necessary adjustments) or accept (if right) the draft via Horizon.
Required Skills:
At Jellyfish, we are a proud Salesforce Partner. 1+ years of experience with this platform is advantageous. A proven track record of 'making a difference. Willingness to participate in the implementation of global and local projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization. A colleague with whom to share and develop in a diverse environment. US Operational knowledge advantageous. Good knowledge of payroll / labour legislation in Brazil and a good understanding of payroll calculations. Being an organized and planned person is highly recommended for this position.
