Job description
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IT projects and programs in the IT department. The scope of projects focuses on SAP Finance, Treasury and HFM Consolidation Tool. Responsibilities • Create project plans including objectives, deliverables, time plan, budget, organization • Build effective project team structures and recruit /assign project staff • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues • Deliver on time, within budget and with quality • Guide, steer and motivate project team members • Define and project objectives, deliverables, roles, planning and budget to successfully deliver projects. • Ensure compliance with respect to IT project methods, approaches, and project reporting • Work with architecture to ensure that standards are implemented consistently in projects • Promotes best practice methods, approaches, and practices for project management • Organize post project reviews contribute to improving project management capability. Requisitos e qualificações: Requirements 1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or related field. 2. 5+ years’ experience in SAP project management role in IT organization. 3. 3+ years’ experience in SAP module FICO as SAP consultant. 4. Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of successful IT project delivery. 5. Project Management Certification is a plus. 6. Solid knowledge of business process (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) 7. Excellent verbal and written English. Competencies - Ability to build relations across stakeholder (business users, engineers, developers, dependent departments, steerco members) and influence. - Ability to motivate a project team to drive to success. - Self-driven and motivated to reach success. - Strong leadership skills - People management skills - Strong communicator
