Jr. Strategic Projects Analyst with a focus on PMI (Post-merger Integration)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the post-merger integration of new companies into the Group, considering factors such as operational, cultural and financial synergies, through presentations, controls and consolidation of internal reports for the Board;
- Monitoring the implementation of synergies and action plans;
- Identifying opportunities for synergies between companies, such as cost reduction, revenue increase or process optimization;
- Supporting project execution, working with cross-functional teams, defining milestones and ensuring execution on time and within budget;
- Communicate integration objectives to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement of all involved;
- Identifying and assessing the risks associated with the integration, developing mitigation plans to ensure a smooth transition and minimize negative impacts;
- Preparing periodic reports, providing analysis on the progress of the integration and highlighting areas of success and challenges;
- Facilitating communication between teams;
- Assisting in the organization of events and meetings;
- Support in general projects linked to the President of South & Central Americas.
Qualifications:
- Education: completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Executive Secretariat or related areas;
- Experience with executive assistance routines, market research, company integration;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint;
- Differential: intermediate Spanish.
Working hours: Business hours, flexible (7h30/17h18, 8h/17h48 or 9h/18h48).
Location: Blumenau/SC.
