Airswift is currently looking for a Payroll Analyst to join the team in Rio de Janeiro.
Role Description
ThePayroll Analystis responsible for performing payroll calculations for our contractors at external clients, and ensuring payments are made according to schedule and with the highest level of accuracy. In this role, you will support our Canada payroll team.
Principle Accountabilities
- Processing bi-weekly payroll including timesheet and benefits control
- Contractorhandling – onboarding, termination, emails, requests, etc...
- Knowledge on payroll calculations (salary, vacations, terminations, etc...) to supportcontractor queries
- Responsible for background checks andclient audit documentation.
- Be the focal point of labor health and safety items (ASOs, Covid client control requests, quarantine procedures, etc...).
- Responsible for Proctors and RPAprocesses.
- Ensure that the company acts in a manner to minimize fraud and labordisputes.
- Work in a team giving support to internal and external clients on payroll doubts.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required .
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Payroll experience
- Desirable payroll system experience
- AdvancedEnglish level
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area
- Good understanding of Brazilian labor laws
- An ability to work within tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft office package
- Strong attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
