Job description
We are looking for you as an expert for digital learning to foster a state-of-the art online learning culture with effective processes, standard solutions, and provide consulting to our training providers and business areas worldwide.
- Definition of quality standards and processes for the production and implementation and maintenance of digital learning products (learning videos, web-based training, virtual classroom).
- Manage demand for the production of new digital learning products and consulting;
- Scout and test upcoming learning technologies on the learning content market, e.g. Generative AI content creation tools
- Select and steer internal and external partners for the production of digital learning products together with purchasing department
- Enable and consult our learning community in state-of-the digital learning and standard processes and tools
- As a member of our eUniversities team you define our strategy and portfolio of external MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) providers (e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and more)
- Align content strategies with our learning platforms SAP Success Factors (Module Learning) and our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) EdCast
You will be responsible for Digital Learning at a Global level at Bosch
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineerings and courses related to technology
- Solid experience Project management
- Experience in Vendors management
- Strategic perspective
- Agile and digital mindset;
- Communicative, strong networking;
- Curiosity in new technologies, digital trends, specially in the field of Learning & Development
- Analytical thinking
- Advanced English
