The overall mission for this position is to create integrated strategic insights and analytics on Specialty Care business unit performance, conducting and using Market Research, primary and secondary Analytics, Forecast, Reporting and Competitive Intelligence. Within these insights’ disciplines, you will drive and build functional excellence using strategic thinking and advanced business analytics capabilities, supporting the LT for business decisions.
Key success factors:
- Good experience in managing pipeline/launches projects at country, regional and Global levels, involving technology and artificial intelligence models generating value and experience for stakeholders;
- Ability in diagnosing business opportunities in internal and external environment through feasibility and risk analysis studies for short, medium, and long terms;
- Be a strong partner working with Global and Regional structures, orchestrating Global to Local initiatives implementations;
- Provide regular recommendations for Specialty Care leadership team and key business functions, as well as managing the forecast, incentive compensation and field force KPIs definition and follow up;
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree;
- Fluent Portuguese and English;
- Min. 5-8 years relevant experience within a life sciences company or consulting firm supporting the healthcare industry with a specific focus on delivery of market analytics, research, and sales force effectiveness;
- A broad understanding of pharma/biotech data, including market research data;
- Experience in specialty care;
- Ability to work with tools such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Veeva, IQVIA, AI and new sources available;
- Minimum experience in people management and development;
Additional Information
- São Paulo based (2x a week at the office is required);
- No direct reports;
- Reports to Customer Excellence & Operations Director;
