Requirements
· Experience with AWS technologies - including EC2, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CloudFront, CloudFormation. Similar experience with other cloud providers valued.
· Experience in designing and implementing Kubernetes-based solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
· Programming skills in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, GO, etc.);
Niec to have:
· Knowledge of, or experience with, SRE/DevOps
· Monitoring & Observability
· Service Level Objectives for reliability driven decision making.
· Knowledge of, or experience with Low-code Platforms.
· Knowledge of, or experience with Cloud-native platforms and technologies.
· Experience with automation and IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, etc.)
Responsibilities
· maintaining a watchful eye on the service-level objectives (SLOs) and proactively responding to alerts that signal potential issues.
· In the event of incidents, apply their expertise to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve issues, thereby minimizing downtime and upholding a consistent and reliable customer experience.
· This monitoring and incident response approach aligns with our commitment to meeting and exceeding the established SLOs, ensuring optimal performance and availability of our cloud services.
