We are looking for a Tech Lead Appian

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering;
- Experience as a developer or tech lead for BPMS platforms;
- Experience as a team manager;
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
- Experience in project delivery and management.

Desirable knowledge:
- BPM Knowledge: Profound understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and their practical application;
- Systems Architecture: Knowledge of system architecture to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the BPMS environment (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
- Process Modeling: Experience with process modeling tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Systems Integration: Knowledge of integration techniques, such as APIs, to connect the BPMS to other systems.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with databases and SQL querying skills to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Information Security: Understanding of information security principles to ensure BPMS data protection.
- IT Governance: Knowledge of IT governance practices to ensure compliance and process effectiveness.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to facilitate iterative development and delivery.
- Data Analysis: Ability in data analysis to extract insights that can inform process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management practices to lead successful BPMS implementations.
