Job Description

The Junior SaaS Sales Consultant will be an integral part of our global Torizon Sales Team, focusing on Torizon Cloud Services offer from Toradex. The responsibilities will encompass lead management, opportunity follow-ups, subscription management, CRM maintenance, and active participation in sales collateral preparation. The work executed will directly impact the success of our broad range of customers who will be supported to develop, manage and operate fleets of the next generation of secure embedded devices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Syphon off Leads Emails: Efficiently manage and prioritize leads, be the first contact replying to customer queries and organizing the right resource to start a customer consultation process.

Follow Up with Opportunities: Engage in timely and effective follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships, address queries, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Manage Subscriptions: Oversee and manage client subscriptions, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Keep CRM Up to Date: Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with the latest information gathered or discussed during interactions, providing accurate and up-to-date records for the sales team.

Help in Preparing Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of Torizon Cloud Services.

Prospecting within Toradex Device Pipeline: Actively engage in prospecting activities within the Toradex device pipeline, identifying and pursuing potential opportunities for Torizon Cloud Services.

Desired Profile

Must have:

Education: IT, software or electronics engineering.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Other languages can be a differentiator.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with embedded devices, SaaS, and cloud services will be advantageous.

Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating the initiative to drive tasks to completion.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have:

Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related role, with a keen interest in SaaS sales and the embedded devices sector.
