About the Opportunity:

As an IT Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning executing and overseeing complex IT projects. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology initiatives while meeting business objectives and deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

Program Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and execute the IT program strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Define program scope objectives deliverables and key milestones.
• Establish program governance and ensure adherence to IT policies and standards.

Program Execution and Management:

• Lead and supervise program teams including project managers and technical staff.
• Monitor program progress identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure that projects within the program are on track and within budget.
• Coordinate resources timelines and dependencies across projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders including executives business units and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on program status.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Implement best practices methodologies and quality standards for IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations security protocols and quality assurance processes.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage the program budget including resource allocation.
• Monitor expenditures and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints.

Change Management:

• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new technology solutions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to minimize program disruptions.

Education/Experience:

• BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline and PMP with a minimum of 10 years experience managing/leading projects.
