Job Title: Backup/ Disaster Recovery Engineer (Note: We are hiring for all two levels: Senior, Lead) Must skills : 3-5 years working experience in backup and data protection engineering in an enterprise environment 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience with Veritas NetBackup and data protection concepts 3-5 years of enterprise-level experience in configuring and managing VMware SRM DR products 3 years experience with VMware Cloud on AWS Working knowledge of toolsets to monitor and adjust performance 3-5 years experience in managing disaster recovery exercises and executing for clients Worked in a regulated environment (GxP/SoX) and knowledge of change management and regulated processes Plus to Have : 5 years of engineering experience at SME level for Dell Data Domain Storage, DDVE storage, and cloud storage including certifications from the vendor 5 years of engineering experience at SME level for Vertias NetBackup including certifications from the vendor 5 years of experience in designing, engineering, and managing disaster recovery using the VMware SRM toolset including certifications from vendor L4/SME troubleshooting experience for specific hardware and software at enterprise level Experience with internal and regulator audits in GxP and SoX-regulated environments Excellent documentation experience to meet regulated environment requirements Excellent communication skills working with business partners and leaders to drive successful engagement.
