Responsibilities
- Identification of hospitals, organizations and potential customers for our company's products;
- Achieve the goals established for the territory, including demand, market share, visits to doctors and health professionals;
- Promote product information through appropriate communication to the customer and following the strategies established by Marketing and Sales;
- Develop business planning for each key account in its territory, aligned with the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the district and Brazil;
- Fix priorities; setting challenging quantitative and qualitative objectives; estimate deadlines and schedule activities and work itineraries; identify and allocate resources;
- Develop a business plan based on information from key accounts of your sector, based on the service potential, main agreements signed, most treated indications and potential for our products;
- Control and monitor the stocks/demand of hospitals and drug dispensing centers, identifying competitor actions and monitoring monthly consumption;
- Proactively develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen and serve the customer (both external and internal); anticipate and offer solutions and give high priority to customer satisfaction;
- Create sales strategies and use them with buyers, pharmacists and hospital medical directors in order to sell products; as well as working on usage protocol issues with key physicians based on medication indications; Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to business ethics and commercial conduct;
- Keep accurate records of medical visits and expense reports, sending periodically within established deadlines & knowing how to use a database for better understanding of performance with manager.
- Encourage teamwork in the organization;
- Availability for travel, as needed
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in life and/ or natural sciences, medicine, pharmaceutical or a similar discipline
- Min. 5 years' experience in Pharma as Salesperson, Medical Representative or a similar role
- Prior experience of working with Oncology portfolio
