Atividades:

Executar tarefas de manutenções emergenciais, corretivas, preventivas e preditivas em máquinas e equipamentos industriais.  

Conhecimento consolidado para leitura e interpretação de desenhos, esquemas e diagramas de sistemas mecânicos, hidráulicos, pneumáticos, sistemas elétricos, eletrônicos, comandos e painéis elétricos e eletrônicos, controladores lógicos programáveis (CLP), redes industriais Ethernet e Devicenet, sistemas de interface homem máquina (IHM), soluções com aplicação de robôs e periféricos, sistemas 

inteligentes de captura e processamento de imagens (câmeras e afins),sistemas manuais e automáticos de transporte e elevação de cargas. Transportadores power&free, roller fly, turn tables, Cross tranfers e sistemas de pintura.

Operar máquinas (furadeiras, tornos, fresas etc.), de corte, de solda e ferramentas manuais.  

Executar a instalação, desenvolvimento de programação, parametrização e manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva de máquinas e equipamentos industriais, sistemas manuais e automáticos de transporte e elevação de cargas, sistemas de bombeamento de fluídos, sistema de insuflação, exaustão e umidificação de ar para processos de pintura.

Additional Description

Mandatório:

Formação profissionalizante em Técnico Mecatrônico; Elétrica; Mecânica ou equivalente;

Conhecimento em robótica Fanuc;

Conhecimento em CLP e Inversores Rockwell Automation

Inglês Técnico (leitura);

Ter disponibilidade de horário para turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver a necessidade;

Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em SCS.

Desejável:

Desejável formação em curso superior correlato técnico, tecnologia, engenharia ou computação;

Desejável conhecimento e habilidade em Power BI, visual basic, linguagens de programação e banco de dados;

Habilidade com pacote MS office e Power BI.
